Pat Roberts, CPA

Tax Consultant

Patrick graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at SUNY Brockport. Right out of school, Pat developed his knowledge, wisdom and passion for tax preparation and accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant a year after graduation and attributes much of this fast-paced success to his work experience, mentorship opportunities, and volunteerism.

Pat felt that the best way to share this wisdom and knowledge with the community was to open his own full-service accounting and tax practice. Aside from taxes and accounting, Pat loves to spend time with his wife, two children and two dogs, go to the movies, play sports, visit with friends and family, and volunteer in the community.

What’s the most likely place people could find you on a Saturday night?
At home with my family

Which would you pick: Living on the beach or living near the mountains?
Totally living on the beach! Specifically, Indian Shores, FL

Imagine being approached by a genie who offers you three wishes. What might those wishes be?
First, I would ask him to bring back my best friend from high school (Emily Reis) and her family who passed in a tragic house fire. Second, I would ask them to fix the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the air in order to prevent the world from the catastrophes of global warming. And third, I would ask to live a healthy life until I’m 100 years old so I can see and be around three-four generations worth of my kids and family.

If you had the ability to travel back in time, what’s something you would tell your 18-year-old self?
Hard work pays off, keep pushing!
